We collect account details, email address, plan information, app names, website URLs, branding assets, uploaded images, build records, support tickets, service requests, and billing status.
How we use your information
We use this data to authenticate users, create app builds, manage app limits, send transactional emails, provide support, handle billing, and improve AppCrafto.
Build and website data
Your app configuration may be sent to our build workflow provider so the APK/AAB can be generated. Your website content remains hosted by you and is displayed inside the app through a webview.
Emails and notifications
We send email verification, password reset, build status, billing, cancellation, service request, and support ticket emails. We also display in-app notifications when relevant.
Payments
Payment details are handled by our payment provider. AppCrafto stores billing identifiers and subscription status, not full card details.
Uploaded files
Uploaded app icons, splash images, and support attachments are stored so they can be used in builds and support investigations.
Data security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Data retention
We keep account, app, build, support, and billing records while your account is active or as needed for legal, billing, support, and operational purposes.
Your choices
You can update your account details, request support, cancel paid subscriptions through email verification, and contact us about privacy questions.
